By 2023, The Propitious Spot became a reality for the City of Detroit.

Every month, 4 business owners rent the spaces to showcase their passionate ideas. Industries ranging from fashion, art, food, music, and so much more.
As of today, many of our tenants eventually transition into a brick & mortar.
